Passport Photo's

Whoever wrote the rules for passport photos never actually tried to get phot's that pass the criteria with a 13month old!! It has been such a mission and we still haven't been successful. Mia must be facing the camera with both ears showing and not smiling or with her mouth open and it must be a pale background.....yeah right!!
