Santa's been again!
After sleeping all the way home from the beach Mia woke up to discover that Santa had been again to our house. We had more presents to open here then it was off to Craig and Amy's for a beautiful Christmas dinner...and even more presents. Mia had fun with all her new toys and pronounce Craig and Amy's party good fun, she even had a little dance and gave everybody a 'Cheers, Eerry Christmas'.
Santa Clause has been!
Well after all that counting of sleeps Santa finally arrived. Mia was a little bit overwhelmed by it all at first but she got so so spoilt with loads of new toys and clothes. And who knew you could fit so many lollies and chocolate into one day! We spent a few days before Christmas and Christmas morning at the beach, so Mia had a great time making mud pies and her favourite toy of all was a giant cardboard box box that Nannie Pat made into a house complete with a mail slot (which Poppa was kept busy with playing the mailman). Her new address is 2 Fairy Pde, Pauanui.
Jane & Ollie's Wedding
Molly's Mum and Dad got married last weekend. It was a beautiful ceremony at The Hunting Lodge and Molly and her Mummy looked stunning. She held Jane's hand coming down the isle and handed them petals (picked out of the bridesmaids flowers) during the ceremony, it was really sweet. Congratulations guys, we had a great night!

Pre School Christmas Party
Mia's pre school had their Christmas party yesterday. When Paul arrived she decided to hide from him by putting her face in the sand!! There was a treasure hunt (which Mia wasn't really interested in, she kept finding the sticks they were supposed to be looking for then throwing them away instead of getting her prize....while some poor kids had been searching for ages to find a stick). It was cool to see all her little friends and meet their parents (that's Archie with the white balloon). Santa came too which was exciting but not to begin with as Mia couldn't get away fast enough when she first saw him, but once she noticed that he was handing out presents she decided he wasn't too bad after all.
