Mummy & Daddy ran away

We ran away for a long weekend up North for our 5yr wedding anniversary, was the longest holiday without Mia (very quiet!) had a great time away fishing, paul played golf at Kauri Cliffs while I had the hard job of spending half a day in their day spa...was devine. Also managed to make carnival day in kerikeri which was cool.
Mia spent Thur til Sat night at Pauanui and then Sun with Nana Jean and Granddad. These are some shots from pauanui, beaching, bathing her dollies (a new favourite) and helping Nannie around the garden. I think she enjoyed her holiday just as much!

Back to Shakespear Bay

Bye mum, I'm going for a swim!

House Warming

We went to Steve and Cassie's house warming last weekend, was great to see them again (haven't seen Max in ages) he is a becoming a grown up little boy now. Their new home is awesome complete with a pool and a back yard so I bet Max is stoked. Mia had fun playing with all the toys and was pleased to see Molly again, when it was nearly time to go she couldn't give Molly enough hugs!

Kelly Tarltons

Looooook its a fish!

The Zoo

Mia and Granddad went to the zoo last week. She enjoyed her lamington (of course) and came home with a new pet of her own and she'll tell you that he says raaaahhhhhh!

Teddy Bears Picnic

We all went to the Teddy Bears Picnic at the Domain (Daddy had to help 'walk' Teddy there). Mia was cracking us up with her dancing and clapping. How thoughtful of her to put Teddy on her head so he could see the concert!

Mum can i borrow your.....

Shakespear Bay

We went for a picnic up to Shakespear Bay (where I used to go to camp), its a really good beach for Mia, big reserve and only little waves. Mia really enjoyed her day making sandcastles and being swirled around in the water. Lanny and Mark came to visit on their way back down from up North too!

Great Nana Dutton

Mia and Pat went to visit Nana Dutton...She looks so grown up in these photos, where's the baby gone??

Visiting Angus

We stopped in to visit Angus who had stayed the night with Bobby and Margaret for his first overnight adventure. He is nearly moving about so Lynn better watch out soon! Mia was very interested in him and gave him hugs and kisses before we left.
