Mia is off the Pauanui this weekend to see Nannie Pat and Popa...she looks like shes having a ball!

The Gauldry

Where Granddad comes from (...thats in the Kingdom of Fife!)

Happy New Year

Just a quiet night in for New Years...Not! 63 people in one room at Mari and Franks for the count down. Last person left at 8am (so i was told!).

Edinburugh

Paul and I went to see every one in Edinburugh just before New Years, cheers for a good night guys!

Caz + James

Caz and James came to visit us in Dundee for a couple of days, staying in Niamh's 'Pink Room'. James won Mia over with a chip...she is shameless. So cool to see them both.

Chirstmas Dinner

Christmas dinner was at Grans house, loads of food, I didn't win a single christmas cracker though!

Christmas morning

Luckily for Mia, Niamh wrote to Santa and asked that he deliver Mia's presents to her house this year, and he did!!! Nicola and Niamh didn't get much from Santa though...NOT. But then Niamh's letter to Santa did say that she had been so good this year that she may as well have been the angel on top of the tree!

It was fun watching them all open their presents and Mia loved her baby Sophie and her pram, it has come home with us and she walks her everywhere (or she throws her out and just walks the pram!)

Super Cool

Great Granny Meg

Mia met Granny Meg for the first time. She was a lucky girl and got to share her soup and toast. Pretty good going to be nearly 94 and still lifting a wriggly little one year old! Granny Meg showed her how to make cool sounds banging on the coffee table and Mia would copy her over and over. Great to have all four generations of girls in one house (wonder who talks the most?!)

The Leightons

We stayed with Frank, Mari, Nicola and Niamh. Mia loved them! Nicola and Niamh would chase her round saying run run run and Mia would make running actions with her arms and giggle so loud you could hear her upstairs. Mari may need a knee replacement after we left Mia LOVED her 'horsey horsey' song and ride and had to do it over and over and over....you get the idea. Frank at this stage is not in the pics as he is busy laying timber flooring, finishing the bathroom roof etc etc while we relax in the lounge! Mia is missing them already, they first day home she seemed to wonder about wondering where everyone has gone. Thanks so much for having us!!
