Weeeeeeee

Another day with Nana Pat yesterday. She took Mia to the park where she had a fun time on the swings and watching the dogs. And a nice little sleep to make up for not sleeping the night before! When i went to pick her up she was sitting up like a big girl in her new chair with her face covered in Pumpkin!

Good Times with Nana & Granddad

Mia spent Saturday night at Nana & Granddads (while Mum and Dad recovered from Friday night!) She has a new bath seat for their place and just loves it! On Sunday they took a drive up to Warkworth to see the ducks and have a coffee.

Molly & Mia

Went for a walk along Mission Bay on Friday with Molly and Jane. So windy we looked mad sitting outside the cafe for coffee while everyone was warm inside. The girls are looking forward to having Max back next week.

1st Tooth Brush

Mia got her first tooth brush tonight (mostly for playing with at the moment) she seemed to really like it. she wathes Paul brush his teeth in the morning and seemed to know exactly what to do with it (except for not having many teeth to brush at this stage!)

I want to be a drummer

Pots, pans and any other noisy thing are the order of the day. Mia likes to bang them all with the wooden spoon which also comes in handy for eating!

Mission Bay

Went for a walk along Mission Bay with Lanny, Molly and Jane. Such a nice day. Mia thinks drinking water is funny now, as long as it is out of your glass.

Train Rides

Mia and Nana Pat have a new game. Mia sits in the box and Nana pulls her along like she is a train...she loves it! (that's Mia I'm talking about!)

Happy Mother's Day

A great first Mother's Day for me. Started off the morning with a beautiful breakfast that Paul and Mia made. Got to open some pressies which was just as much fun for Mia as she loved playing with all the paper!
Then off to visit Godmother Alannah to wish her happy Mother's day.
Paul and Mia went to visit Nana Pat and Great Nana Dutton for lunch while Mum and I went for lunch and a spa treatment. (see it gets confusing with so many Mothers, Nana's, Mother in laws, Great Grandmothers, Godmothers!!!)
Then Nana Jean, Grandad, Craig and Amy came over for tea...and i got more pressies!
so all in all its just like having another birthday really. I like it!

Just keeping an eye on things

Mia likes to sit up on the couch now watching TV or just keeping an eye on things around the lounge.

Molly Moo

Went to visit Molly today. Mia had so much fun watching her and playing with all her toys. They are both growing up so quick! Cute to see them trying to talk to each other.
